The Gift that Keeps on Giving

I am still basking in the afterglow of our recent Gifted Training, held in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains.

There was so much laughter, so many tears, and so much heart-opening. It felt like a microcosm of the larger world—Black, white, brown—and I was deeply touched by how quickly and naturally we moved beyond surface differences to experience our shared humanity.

I recognized, once again, the extraordinary power of embodied connection. Although we increasingly turn to devices for connection, the power of our embodied presence can never be replaced.

I came away with a renewed desire to reach many more people with the magic of Partner Yoga. It is not simply a physical practice, but an experience that can transform the way we see ourselves and each other.

When a safe and sacred context is created, our defenses can drop amazingly quickly, allowing our deep longing for embodied connection to be met.

During, and particularly after the training, I experienced my own heart breaking open. I was able to recognize some very early conditioning that has kept me from fully being and expressing the deeper truth of why I am here.

This seeing reminded me that transformation doesn't always require effort or struggle. Sometimes, all we need is a safe space and the unconditional presence of others to begin seeing through the patterns that keep us from fully expressing who we are.

Lara and I came away deeply inspired by what becomes possible when we move beyond transactional giving and awaken our natural generosity and desire to serve life.

I am now working on an initiative to offer four Gifted Trainings across the US in 2027, with the vision of going global in 2028.

Stay tuned for more details coming soon!

If you feel inspired to support or participate in this vision of shared gifts and resources, please be in touch.

More than ever, I recognize that nothing meaningful happens without the support of others, and that our own well-being is inseparable from the wellbeing of others.
